The women's ministry at Western Hills serves our people by offering women support and training on how to be a more effective home executive. This is accomplished by teaching our women "to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed." Titus 2:4 - 5. This training is provided through special sessions on Wednesday evenings, retreats, and special seminars. In this way the women's ministry is an extension of the mentorship ministry of the church.

The women's ministry also serves our families by providing emergency support for families in crisis. This support includes prayer, meals, cleaning, child - care, and other needed services. In this way the women's ministry is an extension of the deacons ministry to the church.
